The patients from these countries, together with an EHIC card, must have a specific form/document from the health insurance company: А/МК 3-А (Austria); RM/D 112 ( Germany); It.8 (Italy) ; L/RM 112 ( Luxemburg); SK/RM 112 ( Slovakia) or CZ/RM 112 ( Czech Republic)
Also , Patients from Monte Negro and Albania must have an insurance form MNE/RM 112 (for Monte Negro) or AL/RM 112 (for Albania) for full reimbursement.
